Clients receive personalized service from Tim Siahatgar, a senior architectural engineer (system designer) and the inventor of MHS building systems, with over 30 years of professional practice. Their certified design and build licensee ensure the successful completion of projects by managing the design team, licensee fabricator, and authorized contractors.

"Our design group operates through the collaboration of approximately 15 architects, structural engineers, planners, designers, and certified builders, under the leadership of the principal and four associate licensee partners.

Each design team is led by a Senior Project Architect, and overall management is provided by Tim Siahatgar.
