Since
1985 Tim M.Siahatgar (M.S in architectural engineering) has been
running his own CA firm, a firm which focuses on the research
and development of aluminum modular framing assembly systems.
Tim is the principal and founder of "Unique Structural System"
US SYSTEMS LLC,
He has worked with brick
and mortar as well as heavy I· Beam steel and concrete
construction. With over 30 years of experience in building design
and consulting architectural engineering, industrial production,
construction, development, manufacturing and fabricator licensee
of European aluminum system (SYMA SYSTEMS· France).
Since 1985 he focuses on the research and development of a new
aluminum
framing assembly systems he has designed and invented his own
Unique Structural Systems (US SYSTEMS™).
Tim holds a USA and China
patents of his invention. A modular aluminum systems with interlocking
mechanism for prefab housing aluminum construction that used in conjunction with
both EPS sandwich panel assembly and conventional materials for
building industry.
Tim holds a Masters degree
in architectural engineering and urban design (1975) with practical
experience in structural framing. Tim is the founder and president
of "Unique
Structural Systems."
A company which designs and manufacture modular aluminum systems
in California. Tim has more than 34 years of experience in architecture,
interior architecture, construction, and modular design for building
industries worldwide. Tim has outstanding
ability in modular system design, prefab, intellectual and his
creative achievements gain worldwide recognition.

In addition to a structural
designer, Tim has been a computer graphic artist, inventor, and
developer of various graphic canvas art printing processes for
many years and the winner of the 1997 DPI Award in Graphic Canvas
Art Productions.
